We recommend that you do not include any email addresses, phone numbers, or other bits (such as personal information, out of office replies, etc.). All messages post up, and we cannot and will not edit/purge/delete them. The STC Mailman services rely on the time of volunteers, and to ask them to take down/purge/delete messages very time consuming. Please, understand that we are trying to provide a service to members, but members must take an active role in their own online presence.
