This was the second Techshare Conference hosted by Barrier Break Technologies in conjunction with The Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB) of the United Kingdom.

The Phillipines and Korea have national web accessibilty guidelines based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) of the  World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
